Custom archival prints are considered "museum quality" images. We print all of our professional portraits and weddings using this method for the best colors and longest lasting images. For the very best quality, consider printing your images & enlargements using this method!
Any photos 8x10 or larger can be mounted on White 3/8 inch Foam-Core boards. Prices are also listed above.
File Requirements for Digital Cameras
We are compatible with the following file types; JPG, TIF, and RAW. There will be a 10% additional free for processing RAW images. Photos submitted for printing should be original files from your digital camera for best results. If you would like any custom cropping or re-touching please request that we do it... Our computers and monitors are calibrated to our printing system, which guarantees us quality color prints. If you make changes to images, they may look good on your monitor, however they most likely will not display the same way on our monitors or print anywhere near the same color.
File Requirements for Graphic Arts Files
We are compatible with the following file types; JPG, TIF, PSD and PDF. Please submit all files in RGB mode and size all files to the desired print size. Resolution should be 300ppi for optimum output, however larger posters can be as low as 150ppi and still achieve quality results while saving file size. We will print exactly what we receive, unless otherwise directed. Our standard color profile is sRGB.
Poster sized images are also available on watercolor, matte, fine art and canvas. Images may also be mounted on foam-core. Please contact us for prices for these medias, or if you have any specific questions not addressed here.
To send your images directly to us:
- Email us at: orderprints@shvillagephoto.com with your file (digital image) attached to the email
- For best results, attach one image per email. We can receive multiple images per email, however some servers cannot send multiple images per email.
- Please be sure to include
- Your name (REQUIRED)
- Your address (if we are shipping the items to you)
- Your phone number and best time to reach you (REQUIRED)
- Your email address
- The image size you would like (REQUIRED)
- The quantity of prints you would like for each size ordered (REQUIRED)
- We will contact you via phone for payment & shipping information. We accept Visa, Master Card or American Express over the phone.
- You must supply your credit card verification #, billing address and billing zip code in order to process your credit card
